Terms and Conditions


1. Execution and services

We are committed to professional, careful, material- and energy-saving and therefore environmentally conscious textile care. By placing an order, our customers accept these general terms and conditions. In the event of missing or incorrectly completed order forms, the number of items counted by TexClean Company AG shall be decisive for delivery, return and invoicing.


2. Responsibility

Despite prior inspection of the goods, we cannot accept any liability for damage caused by unrecognisable characteristics or hidden defects, insufficient strength of the material or seams, the authenticity of dyes and prints, effects on buttons and zips, or incorrect textile care labels. Liability for changes in the dimensions or colour of the fabrics within the usual tolerance range is excluded.


3. Return

We make every effort to meet the agreed delivery dates. Delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages. Items will only be returned upon advance payment and return of the collection receipt. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the garment will be returned in the condition in which it was handed in.

The items for cleaning must be collected within six months of placing the order. If collection does not take place within this period, the dry cleaner may dispose of them without replacement.


4. Complaints

Complaints must be made immediately, at the latest within 5 working days, presenting the cash register receipt and the original order slip (on the garment).

Complaints will be carefully examined and justified. The further procedure (follow-up treatment, referral to a specialist for assessment and arbitration) will be determined in consultation with the customer wherever possible. Any compensation for damage to or loss of the item will be calculated on the basis of the current value table for the depreciation of garments. Replacement in kind is excluded.
